Rigsoft is responsible for processing data associated with its websites, platforms, and applications, including Zentura and Hydra.

Depending on the product and user type, we may process identification and contact details, login credentials, profile information, academic or operational data, activity logs, technical device data, support information, and content uploaded by authorized users.

Zentura may process information related to school administration, institutional communications, and mobile app use. Hydra may process information related to administrative and operational workflows, inventory, users, roles, and business traceability.

We use data to provide and maintain contracted services, authenticate users, operate dashboards and mobile applications, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and communicate relevant service changes.

We do not sell personal data. We share information only when needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, follow the customer’s instructions, or work with providers that apply reasonable security measures.

We may use providers for infrastructure, technical analytics, storage, notifications, email, monitoring, authentication, or support. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services.

When a customer organization manages end users, that organization may also define permissions, access, retention, and internal rules that apply to its community or staff.

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access controls, role separation, encryption in transit where applicable, operational monitoring, and development practices intended to reduce risk.

No system is completely immune to incidents. If we identify a significant security event, we will act in accordance with our obligations and applicable agreements.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, fulfill contracts, provide support, maintain operational records, or meet legal obligations.

Users or authorized administrators may request access, correction, deletion, or account closure by writing to privacidad@rigsoftcompany.com. Some requests may require identity verification or authorization from the customer organization.

When Zentura is used by educational institutions, student data is processed for school-related purposes and under the instructions or authorizations of the responsible institution.

We do not seek to collect children’s data for behavioral advertising or sell personal information.
